Whispers of the Mist is a series of quiet landscapes where time seems to lose its edge. Rivers dissolve into fog, forests soften into something between memory and dream. There is no drama here, no sharp light or hard line. Just the stillness that settles over a place in those few minutes before the world fully wakes or finally rests. The palette moves through blues, greens and sepia, always shifting the way light does at dawn or just before dusk. Each painting is built through careful layering, tone finding tone, until the atmosphere feels less painted and more arrived at.
